Mr. Labrecque is a senior investment banker who specializes in corporate transactions and strategic financing advice. Before starting DNA Capital, he was CEO of Rothschild Canada from 2002 to 2009. He joined Rothschild from Lazard Canada Corporation where he was Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer.
From 1995-2000, Mr. Labrecque was Managing Director of Schroder Canada Limited, and was responsible for starting up Schroder plc's investment banking presence in Canada. Prior to Schroder, he was with National Bank Securities for ten years and the Royal Bank of Canada for three years.
He began his career as a business auditor with Raymond Chabot. He earned his MBA at INSEAD (1981). He is currently president of the International Alumni Association and is a board member of INSEAD. He graduated from HEC Montreal Business School in 1977, and is a member of the Quebec's Chartered Accountant Association and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators.

Nathalie Schwartz has been active in investment banking for more than 10 years. Before joining DNA Capital in January 2010, she worked for a number of prestigious international investment banks and assisted them with establishing a Canadian presence (Rothschild, Lazard, Schroders). Prior to that she worked in various industries such as real estate, software development and international engineering firms. She has been actively involved with the Montréal Museum of Fine Arts, Action contre la faim / Action Against Hunger Canada, and also participated to a number of fundraising efforts for various health-related charitable causes. She attended undergraduate studies at HEC Montréal and is currently completing her MBA at Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University (Scotland).
Alexis Labrecque, CPA Before joining the launch of DNA Capital in July 2009, Alexis worked on Hydro-Quebec's energy trading floor as an analyst specializing in natural gas and crude oil. Prior to Hydro-Quebec he worked as an auditor and tax accountant at KPMG (2005-2008), and as an analyst at National Bank Trust (internship). Alexis is a Certified Public Accountant in Colorado (USA) and is registered in the Certified Financial Analyst program (CFA Level I & II exams completed). He attended graduate studies at HEC Montreal in accounting, and undergraduate studies at Bishop's University in Finance, Accounting, and General Management (triple concentration BBA). He is past president of the Bishop's University Alumni Association in Montreal, and is a member of the University Club of Montreal and other non-for-profit organizations.
