Claude Michaud is an experienced finance executive and investment banker. After a 15-year career in investment banking with Scotia Capital and TD Securities, he became Chief Financial Officer at C-Mac Industries, Neurochem, Kangaroo Media and Groupe Lagassé. He has executed numerous transactions including: capital raising, M&A transactions, project financing and IPOs in North American capital markets and more recently in Europe.
He acts as a Senior Advisor for DNA Capital.
He graduated with a B. Eng. (civil) from McGill University and a MBA from Cornell University's Johnson Graduate School of Management. He is a member of l'Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec and member of the board of directors of the Théatre du Nouveau Monde.

- Merger of C-MAC and Solectron
- Financial Advisor to Bombardier with respect to transactions totalling $2.5 billion, including the financing of the Global Express business jet development costs ($227 million) and the financing of the Milit-Air project in partnership with the Government of Canada ($700 million)
- Financial Advisor to CFCF for the sale to Vidéotron
- Initial public offerings of Neurochem (US $60 M, Nasdaq), Genivar ($100 M, TSX), C-MAC ($25 M,TSX and US $1B, NYSE)
